It didn't give me any peace, so I called UPS again in the hope to get an english speaking person on the phone and I had luck. the woman said, there are no technical issues, I knew it, that guy just wanted to get rid of me. She said though, it can take up to 24 hours until the online status shows up, which is kind of weird though, because the last 2 times it showed after 2 hours and from that scan on in real time every arrival and depart from all the different locations.
So I will probably spend the night here on the computer and click the UPS tracking site even more often than the last times in the hope to see a tracking status sometime.
Geez, as if I had not enough to worry about yet.
